The United Women in Faith’s bylaws allow for nominations from the membership. Please use this form to make nominations for this year’s meeting and election. If you want to make a nomination for more than one office, you must complete a form for each nomination. The nominee must be contacted by you prior to completing this form so she is aware of her nomination and is willing to serve.
