Sacred Time: Finding the Spiritual in Everyday Life

In our fast-paced lives, exhaustion can take its toll. Nurture your soul as together we slow down,  refocus, and reconnect with God, ourselves, and one another. Instead of resisting rest, we'll learn to embrace the back-and-forth between activity and rest. The only requirement? A desire to be open to the Holy Spirit's movement in your life. The Retreat features teaching, small group discussion, time for quiet, centering practices, and body movement. Weather permitting we'll venture into nature for a refreshing outdoor activity.
